Exposure to unsafe sexual experiences during adolescence is a matter of concern as it can heighten the risk of contracting sexually transmitted diseases like HIV /AIDS along with teenage pregnancy and adolescent fatherhood. To prevent these issues, it is important to understand changing sexual behaviors among adolescents for a more effective program and advocacy design. This research was conducted on 25,538 men of varying age groups, to understand how sexuality and sexual behaviors are evolving and how milestones are different across different age groups. The study employed descriptive and multivariate statistics to conclude that interventions must focus on multiple domains of risk to address short- and long-term consequences. This study can help design appropriate health promotion interventions for young adults.
