This study aimed to evaluate the literature on the impact of lockdown procedures implemented in response to the COVID-19 outbreak on young people's mental health. The research includes individual investigations on various outcomes related to mental health, including risk and protective variables, carried out in young children and adolescents (under the age of 19) who were subjected to the COVID-19 lockdown.
