The Global Action Plan (GAP) is committed to help countries accelerate progress in achieving health-related SDGs. It focuses on existing health architectures to enable purposeful and systematic collaboration amongst the 12 agencies of the 12 member countries. This Progress Report highlights the four key GAP commitments categorized as Engage, Accelerate, Account, and Align. It can help implementers strengthen their health program designs towards the achievement of SDGs.
