Start Free, Stay Free of AIDs

Start Free, Stay Free, AIDS Free program prioritizes action in 23 countries that account for 87% of new HIV infections among children aged 0–14 years and approximately 87% of all children and adolescents living with HIV globally. This progress report reviews recent gains, new developments and remaining challenges as countries approach the 2020 targets of the Start Free Stay Free AIDS Free framework. While highlighting how COVID-19 is threatening progress on this front, it also actions needed on all three stages of this campaign. It also provides insights into next steps that governments can take achieve the targets. It can be useful for policy makers. Click here to read the report.
