Smart clinics are public healthcare centers that have been transformed with technology and innovation to provide primary healthcare services to peripheral areas and hard to reach populations. These centers are an initiative of the MoHFW and are being implemented by the WISH Foundation’s SCALE program funded by USAID in several states in India. This infographic and largely visual Handbook provides guidance on how to efficiently operate a smart clinic through the patient care cycle and can be a useful resource for scaling 'smart clinics' or for those looking to implement a 'smart clinic' model.
