More than 400,000 lives were lost to TB in India, in 2017 alone; all these deaths were preventable. The lack of proper diagnosis and latent TB is the cause of most of these deaths. This compilation was presented at Learning4impact's webinar hosted on August 6th, 2019. It highlights how technology can be used to prevent TB deaths, and how Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning can be harnessed to improve our overall response to TB. The document can be utilized by policymakers as a reference for bringing innovation to the diagnosis and treatment of TB.
