The lockdown imposed by India to control the spread of COVID-19 pandemic adversely affected reproductive services such as maternal health, family planning, and abortion services. This article outlines the demand and supply factors affecting these services. It also shares positive stories of grassroot level efforts made to relieve the suffering of mothers due to lack of access to such services.  The stories in this article can provide insights to implementers on how to redefine RMNCH and Family Planning programs in the context of COVID-19.
