High Risk Pregnancy Tracking App

18 Sep 2020

About 20-30% of pregnancies in India fall in the high-risk category and lead to 75% of perinatal morbidity and mortality. Although there are several programs to address this challenge, without proper grass-root tracking of each individual pregnant woman this becomes a labor-intensive task which often leads to loss of precious data. The HRP Track HP is an application for High-Risk Pregnancy Tracking enablement. An initiative of Vriddhi and the Government of Himachal Pradesh, the application aims to reduce both maternal and infant mortality by ensuring proper care and timely intervention for high-risk pregnancies. With this digitization, based on the RCH data provided and given, ASHA and ANM workers can monitor pregnant women under their care with ease and seamless integration.
