Some adolescents and women are at high risk for acquiring HIV. infection Family planning service providers need to recognize this in order to provide high-quality services. This handbook offers guidance on identifying the high risk individuals, high or low burden settings and factors that indicate high risk for HIV. It also provides guidance on family planning methods that can be used by high risk individuals and the HIV testing services to be offered.
