Crypto Relief Foundation and #COVIDActionCollab (CAC) are hosting learning and networking meetings to understand all the solutions and innovations that support COVID-19 response among vulnerable communities.

JanSwasthya Sahyog

Swasthya Sahyog (JSS) formulated the district pandemic response plan during the second wave of COVID-19 and it follows a bottom-up approach. 

District Pandemic Response Interventions include (Bilaspur District, Chhattisgarh):

  • Village Action Groups to identify high-risk groups in the village
  • Promote COVID Appropriate Behaviour through village health workers
  • Test, identify and refer moderate to severe cases
  • Coordinate with district authorities in vaccination and training
  • The Mobile Application Shwaas for triage and referral

Jan Swasthya Sahyog has been helping the district administration of Dindori district mount a COVID response by supporting district and community level activities. 


At District-level Activities:

  • Support the district COVID Command Center in its operation 
  • Maintain a support helpline for patient follow-up        
  • Support the district in sample collection and testing
  • Help local healthcare facilities maintain COVID operations     
  • Facilitate medical HR requirements at local healthcare facilities


At Community-level Activities: 

  • Support patient follow-up
  • Ensure adequate supplies for the frontline workers 
  • Deploy Mobile Fever vans to disseminate messaging on COVID when general providing health services 
  • Support and Training for Medical Officers and other district officials
