Digital Green’s approach to social and behavior change communication relies on hyperlocal; Virtual Dissemination Event of Project Samvad is being organized on Wednesday, February 9th, 2021 at 4:30 PM - 5:30 PM (IST).

Implemented by Digital Green, USAID-supported RMNCH Project Samvad, has been implemented in six Indian states and is completing in February 2022. The project worked to improve maternal and child health outcomes by improving behaviors and practices related to nutrition and modern family planning methods. The project also used a variety of other digital dissemination channels like WhatsApp and IVRS.

The project’s impact is captured through lean surveys conducted independently by the London School of Hygiene and Tropical Medicine jointly with CMS. The project also conducted IVRS and phone-based surveys to capture the project’s impact.

As the Samvad project is completing in February 2022, this webinar is an effort to share the lessons learned and experiences of the partners in implementing and scaling up the community video-based approach.
