This study measures the effectiveness and usability of technology to provide healthcare services to adolescents. Using technology for health services, although an upcoming area of work, requires more uptake, especially in low-middle income countries like India. The study, through interviews with adolescents in the US, proves the effectiveness of using technology as a route to health services, healthcare workers, and ultimately, better health outcomes. Mobile devices, with the privacy and anonymity they provide, can be effective in reaching adolescents. This research is especially relevant for organizations working with adolescents who may not have access to essential health services.
